Brekknaás, Árbær - NEW

48 rental apartments are being built in 5 two-story high apartment buildings by Selásbraut and Brekknaás in Árbær, Reykjavík. The start of the construction was in November 2022 and it is estimated that the first apartments will be ready for rent in the summer of 2024. The rent begins on different dates in 2024 and 2025, see further here.


Pets will be allowed in some of the apartments and applicants must mark in the application if they want an apartment allowing pets.


Reykjavík Social Housing (Félagsbústaðir) owns 20% of the apartments in Brekknaás.
