The first tenants moved in December 2022. The project was fully accomplished in October 2023. One to four-bedroom apartments. There is extra internet connections in all apartments. Small storage is in the basement for each apartment. The garden is partly natural lava with moss. Pets are allowed in a few apartments on the ground floors and you must mark in your application if you want an apartment allowing a pet. See Bjarg's rules on keeping pets.
Parking places are 0,9 per apartment.

The lowest number on the waiting list determines allocation. You must also be a member within ASÍ or BSRB for at least 16 months, out of the last 24 months, and be within a certain income limit, income may not exceed 8.686.000/12.161.000 (individual/couple) + 2.172.000 per child, according to the latest tax return. Environment
This is a family-friendly residential area in Hafnarfjörður. In the design and organization of the neighborhood, emphasis was placed on a holistic vision, ecological organization, sustainability and green appearance. All services are close by and there is great proximity to beautiful nature.
The schools for the neighborhood; Skarðshlíðarskóli and Skarðshlíðarleikskóli are under the same roof. Hafnarfjörður´s music school also operates in the same building.
Transportation between districts is fairly easy and keeps getting easier. In the design and planning of the neighborhood, emphasis was placed on holistic and ecological surroundings, and walking routes to schools and sports facilities are safe and easily accessible.
