The beginning of rent is scheduled on two different dates:

1. Langimói 1 

Beginning of rent (estimated): 1st of July 2026

Allocations: Start in December 2025

Number of apartments: 8

Apartment types: one bedroom (4), two bedroom (2) and three bedroom (2)

Pets are allowed in apartments on the ground floor in this house. See here rules of keeping a pet in Bjarg's apartments. 

2. Langimói 3 

Beginning of rent (estimated): 1st of November 2026

Allocations: Start in April 2026

Number of apartments: 8

Apartment types: one bedroom (4), two bedroom (2) and three bedroom (2)

The project is estimated to be fully accomplished in November 2026.
