Allocations: Start in December 2026

2. Haukahlíð 18 - open for applications

Beginning of rent (estimated): August 1st, 2027

Allocations: Start in January 2027

Number of apartments: 25

Apartment types: One bedroom (8), two bedroom (6), three bedroom (7), four bedroom (4)

3. Smyrilshlíð 2a - open for applications

Beginning of rent (estimated): September 1st, 2027

Allocations: Start in February 2027

Number of apartments: 25

Apartment types: One bedroom (5), two bedroom (17), three bedroom (2), five bedroom (1)

The project is estimated to be fully accomplished in September 2027.
