Applications will open in September 2026. 

The beginning of rent is scheduled to be on three different dates:

1. Beginning of rent (estimated): 1st of July 2027

Allocations: Start in December 2026

Number of apartments: 19

Apartment types: One bedroom (12), two bedroom (7)

2. Beginning of rent (estimated): 1st of August 2027

Allocations: Start in January 2027

Number of apartments: 26

Apartment types: One bedroom (8), two bedroom (6), three bedroom (8), four bedroom (4)

3. Beginning of rent (estimated): 1st of September 2027

Allocations: Start in February 2027

Number of apartments: 24

Apartment types: One bedroom (5), two bedroom (15), three bedroom (3), five bedroom (1)

The project is estimated to be fully accomplished in September 2027.
