Úugata in Mosfellsbær

24 rental apartments will be built in Úugata 10 and 12, 270 Mosfellsbær. Constructions started in March 2025 and the first apartments were ready in October 2025. The project is estimated to be fully accomplished in June 2026. See more information about the start of the rent and allocations here.

The apartments are in two houses, each on two floors and there is a bicycle and pram storage. Pets are allowed with conditions on the ground floor in both Úugata 10 and 12. See here rules of keeping a pet in Bjarg's apartments.

One bedroom apartment

The one bedroom apartments are 53,3 m² and are divided into one bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchen. Storage space is in closets inside the apartment and a wardrobe is in the bedroom.

Layout

Environment

Helgafellshverfi is close to large and diverse outdoor areas, Varmá and Skammadalslækur, Stekkjarflót, the Adventure Park and the untouched nature on the slopes of Helgafell.

Helgafellskóli is located in the center of the neighborhood and is adjacent to a green belt so that students have easy access to the surrounding outdoor areas and open land. The school is an integrated preschool and elementary school for children aged 2–15 and has a community center and after-school center.
