Móavegur in Reykjavík
124 apartments in six houses in Móavegur 2-12 in Grafarvogur (near Spöngin) in Reykjavík. First apartments were ready in June 2019. The construction was completed in January 2020.
Pets are allowed, with strict rules, in some apartments on the ground level in houses nr. 4 and 8 in Móavegur. See Bjarg's rules on keeping pets. Reykjavík Social Housing (Félagsbústaðir) owns and rents out 20% of the apartments in Móavegi 2-12.
Attention is drawn to the fact that parking spaces per a apartment at Móavegur is 0,75 per apartment.
