The apartments are 93,4 m² and are on the ground floor.
They have entry, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry/storage room, and a common area with a kitchen. There is storage space inside the apartment and a wardrobe in the bedroom.

Estimated rental price ISK. 261.647 per month, linked monthly to the consumer price index, starting in April 2026. Tenants are generally entitled to housing benefits and in some cases special housing support to meet the rent.

The lowest number on the waiting list determines allocation. You must also be a member within ASÍ or BSRB for at least 16 months, out of the last 24 months, and be within a certain income limit, income may not exceed 9.138.000/13.500.000 (individual/couple) + 2.254.000 per child, according to the latest tax return. The total assets of the tenants shall not be higher than 9.874.000 ISK.

The apartments range from 93,4 - 95,6 m² and are divided into entry, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a laundry/storage room, and a common area with a kitchen.
The master bedroom has a wardrobe and there are storage cabinets in the laundry room and cabinets in the entry.
-Wooded deck with privacy walls are between apartments, connecting the shed and the house (at the front).
-Each apartment has two parking spaces.
-Each apartment has a outdoor bicycle storage as well as an outdoor storage (unheated).
-A small privacy wall is located between the units at the back of the house.
-The back of the house is accessible through the laundry room/storage space.
-The house will be constructed with precast units with a black stone finish.
-The apartments will have underfloor heating.
