48 rental apartments in five two-story high apartment buildings by Selásbraut and Brekknaás in Árbær, Reykjavík. First apartments were ready for rent in July 2024. 

Pets are allowed in a few apartments on the ground floors and you must mark in your application if you want an apartment allowing a pet. See Bjarg's rules on keeping pets. 
Reykjavík Social Housing (Félagsbústaðir) owns and rents out 20% of the apartments in Brekknaás.
