The lowest number on the waiting list determines allocation. You must also be a member within ASÍ or BSRB for at least 16 months, out of the last 24 months, and be within a certain income limit, income may not exceed 8.686.000/12.161.000 (individual/couple) + 2.172.000 per child, according to the latest tax return. The total assets of the tenants shall not be higher than 9.386.000 ISK.
