16 apartments in Langimói 1-3 (Móahverfi) in Akureyri. Constructions started in April 2025 and the first apartments are expected to be ready for rent in July 2026. The apartments on the ground floor have their separate outside area and the apartments on the upper floors all have a balcony.

Environment
Móahverfi is a new residential area in the northwestern part of Akureyri. Síðuskóli will most likely be the school of the area and a kindergarten is planned to be located west of Síðuskóli. You can see more information about the area here.
