To be eligible for allocation, you need to check the location and apartment on "my pages" on Bjarg's website before April 23rd 2024

The lowest number on the waiting list determines allocation. You must also be a member within ASÍ or BSRB for at least 16 months, out of the last 24 months, and be within a certain income limit, income may not exceed 8.327.000/11.659.000 (individual/couple) + 2.082.000 per child, according to the tax return for 2023.

Barg's houses in Asparskogar, Akranes are three and they all have the same layout. Each house is on two floors, divided into studio apartments, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments.

Pets are only allowed in a few apartments, that is only the apartments on the ground floor in house nr. 12 in Asparskógar.
