A construction contract has been signed by Modulus and Bjarg íbúðafélag for the construction of 33 apartments in Akranes. Modulus will build 33 apartments for Bjarg íbúðafélag at Asparskógar 12, 14 and 16 in Akranes. The apartments are in three houses, each house on two floors. The architect is Svava Björg Jónsdóttir.

The start of construction is autumn 2018 and the apartments will be ready for rent in the spring and summer 2019.
