24 apartments are being built at Asparskógar 3 in Akranes. The houses are on two floors, with one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. The start of the construction was in November 2022 and first apartments were ready for rent in November 2023, see further here. The municipality of Akranes has some of Bjarg's apartments in Asparskógar for their own allocations.
